The "Meditative Flow" EP is a collection of four soothing tracks built on top of a "binaural beat" audio track at 7Hz (Theta brain waves), designed to promote deep relaxation and stable meditation. The EP features atmospheric ambient pads and slow beats, creating a calming environment suitable for use during yoga, breathwork, or dynamic meditation practices.

For optimal therapeutic benefits of the binaural beat, it is recommended to listen to the album using headphones. However, this is not a requirement for enjoying the musical elements of the EP.
